I love the UW because of its academic rigor, its inspiring architecture, its roots in the past, contributions in the present and outlook to the future, its colors and the rich mosaic that reflects the world. In thinking of a single word that captures the essence of the institution - I come back to the word "Washington." Just "Washington."
