The leadership role-modeling of Lorenzo Romar, who teaches the students in his care that competition and the drive to win must be accompanied by integrity, self-discipline and effort in the service of something greater than oneself (which the students can then extrapolate from the UW Husky Men's Basketball team to the UW, to the community-at-large). He does this year after year!
