Why we love the UW - Real stories from UW alumni

I moved my family of eight from Massachusetts to Washington -- over 40 years ago -- to earn a Ph.D. from the School of Education. It was one of the very best experiences of my life because of the faculty (all faculty), the hospitality of the University, bright fellow grad students and the Seattle area. Most of all -- the faculty -- Ambrose Clegg, John Jarolimek, Ted Kaltsounis, Phil Bacon and James Banks -- and many others. Thank you! - Anton Lahnston, PH.D. 1972
