I love the feeling of respect for intellectual excellence that UW fosters in people. My career preparation here was superb and I could always find an appropriate nook to work on my projects every day, whatever the season. Yes, I also loved the majestic buildings around the campus, the gorgeous Suzallo library, Denny's bells, and the view from Frosh Pond -- and this was all back in the 1960's! - Tulin Idemen, '66 and '89
